Shipping Method & Policy
We offer both international and local products in CultureGuru Festive Marketplace website.
Under normal circumstances, all goods will be delivered within 10 to 14 working days. Our international products are kept in our warehouses in China, Dongguan, shipped directly using air freight courier services to Malaysia.
In the case of import tax / other customs charges arising from the delivery of international goods, it will be fully responsible & paid by the buyer. Our customer service representative will notify customers about the extra payments required and assist clearance upon consent from customers.
Under normal circumstances, all goods will be in 2 to 5 working days, by our designated courier service agent. In the case of damaged goods during the delivery process, we will provide replacement / refund service.
Currently, we are only able to ship within Malaysia & Singapore, within 3 to 5 working days.
We normally use GDEX as our delivery agent. However, during peak season, we might deploy our own drivers or other logistics partners to perform the fulfilment. As long as products are purchase before cut-off date, we will ensure delivery before the festive season, otherwise full refund will be provided.
All orders will be shipped during working days and hours. (Monday – Friday, except Malaysia Public Holidays)

We will provide a free delivery service across Malaysia when you purchase the specified products / purchases in excess of the specified amount.

- Peninsular Malaysia : Normal products – more than RM100.00 | Hamper – more than RM180.00
- East Malaysia : Normal products – more than RM150.00 | Hamper – no free delivery to East Malaysia
** Ordinary goods and gift baskets are counted separately.
